Important Notes:
- All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging
- Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on plus-size swimwear that has been tried on without protective undergarments
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):
- For returns: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund timing depends on your payment provider:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear that shows signs of wear or has been tried on without protective undergarments
- Plus-size swimwear with removed tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
