Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your swimwear arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx (12.95 USD)
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Flexible Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our swimwear collections for women, men, and kids. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include these details:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item(s) to return/exchange (Product Name, Size, Color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: specify what you’d like instead

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your return securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • For returns: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund timing depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear that shows signs of wear or has been tried on without protective undergarments
  • Plus-size swimwear with removed tags
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
